ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives / Property Advisors to join our growing real estate sales team.

The role involves handling prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, arranging site visits and converting qualified leads into bookings.

Both experienced real estate sales professionals and freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Understand customer requirements, budget and investment objectives
  • Explain projects, locations, pricing, payment plans and available options
  • Conduct and coordinate property/site visits
  • Follow up with prospective customers regularly
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
  • Generate and manage sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and assist customers through the booking process
  • Coordinate with customers, channel partners and internal teams
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain professional and customer-focused communication throughout the sales process

WHO CAN APPLY?

We are looking for candidates with:

• 0–5 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Real estate/property sales experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Willingness to work in field sales and attend site visits
  • Basic knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate is an advantage
  • Freshers with confidence, communication skills and a strong willingness to learn can also apply
