• Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/Marketing/Real Estate preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, business development, property consulting, or channel sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients/tenants.
• Comfortable conducting property/site visits and client meetings.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
