We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the real estate industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of residential sales, channel development, and telesales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing principles and practices is an added advantage.
