Real Estate - Quality Control

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for real estate projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Perform inspections of building materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to ensure they meet specifications.
• Identify defects or deviations from design intent and recommend solutions.
