About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, lead follow-ups, site visit coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Explain project details and offers to prospective clients
* Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups
* Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
* Maintain lead data and customer records in CRM
* Follow up regularly with interested buyers
* Coordinate with the sales team for closures
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
* Good communication skills in Hindi
* Basic English understanding preferred
* Strong convincing and follow-up skills
* Positive and professional attitude
* Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM software
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Eligibility Criteria
* Female candidates preferred
* Real estate calling experience preferred
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
