Real Estate Manager

Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida and Vrindavan. This role is responsible for overseeing property operations, coordinating lease activities, and ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue across assigned real estate assets. Day-to-day tasks include managing property maintenance and vendor relationships, monitoring lease renewals and terminations, and maintaining accurate documentation and records for all properties. The Real Estate Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support commercial real estate transactions, resolve tenant issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves preparing regular reports on property performance, market trends, and opportunities for portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong Property Management skills, including oversight of operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Proficiency in Lease Administration and experience working with Leases and related documentation.
• Solid understanding of Real Estate fundamentals, with exposure to market analysis and asset performance.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate, including coordination of transactions and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, managing multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property or lease management software; familiarity with real estate regulations is beneficial.
