Real Estate Lease Manager

To support the Lead Space Management in managing Property Portfolio (Owned & Leased) as per management directive for city space consolidation. This role primarily involves back-office work activities like floating enquiries to internal BU SPOC, preparing comparative statement, with data analysis and accuracy, documentation of collated information, NFA processing, tracking of pending and ongoing task on daily basis, MIS & reporting for decision making.

Role & responsibilities

Service Portfolio : Corporate Real Estate

1. Owned Properties (Offices)

Number of offices, utilization per office etc.

2. Lease Properties (Offices)

Number of offices, utilization per office etc.

3. City Strategy: Lease & Owned Offices

Readiness of new office, & surrender of existing office

4. Accommodation-Township (Owned & Leased)

Number of Housing Units and utilization.

5. Guesthouse (Leased)

Number of Guesthouses & Inventory (Utilization through Q2T)

6. Leasing/sale of under-utilized Assets

Identify under-utilized/unutilized assets for leasing/sale. (Need Clarity in role)

7. Projects (Leadership Guesthouse, Operator Colony)

Supporting for Project Activities

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years of experience in Real Estate Management

Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / BE / Any Graduate)

Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Management.

Preferred: MBA (Operations / Facilities Management / Real Estate)
