About this role
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Fund Accounting professional with strong expertise in Real Estate Fund Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of fund accounting operations, including NAV finalization, investor reporting, fee calculations, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and stakeholder management.
This is a leadership role requiring experience in managing teams, client relationships, service delivery, SLAs, governance, and process improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience with Yardi and Workiva is mandatory.
Preferred candidate profile
- 7-12+ years of experience in Fund Accounting.
- Strong experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting.
- Expertise in NAV, CUV, and NUV finalization.
- Experience with Investor Reporting and Financial Statements.
- Strong understanding of Management Fees, Performance Fees, Carried Interest, and Waterfall Calculations.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi and Workiva.
- Team management and stakeholder management experience.
- Exposure to SLA governance and service delivery management.
