Real Estate Executive

Location: Noida Sector 132 Logix Technova
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary:

• Fresher: 15,000 per month
• Experienced: 20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain customer information and daily calling reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Business Development will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
