Real Estate Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for real estate development projects.
  
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project Delivery from Design to handover
• Control Budgets, schedules and contractor payments.
• Manage structural, architectural and PEB interfaces.
