Real Estate Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive sales performance, generate business, and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate and convert leads through calls, references, and other sources.
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
• Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Track team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth transaction processes.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• 6months–1year of experience in gurgaon real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
• Must have a valid driving licence and own Two-Wheeler or Four-Wheeler.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
• Strong follow-up and team management skills.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office/CRM tools.
