Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and referrals.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
• Engage with customers throughout the sales process and provide relevant property information.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Share customer feedback with the relevant teams to improve the sales process.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage leads effectively.
• Follow the defined sales process and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive and persistent approach.

Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 2+ years of experience in Sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Sales are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to improvise sales pitches based on customer conversations.
• Good time-management and task-prioritization skills.
