Real Estate Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations, surveys, and evaluations to determine market value and potential risks.
  
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to gather necessary information for real estate transactions.
  
• Follow up on open issues related to property disputes and negotiate settlements when required.
  
• Prepare MIS reports for internal use by the company's management team.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while maintaining high-quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in real estate industry or a related field (property valuation, survey, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and regulations.
  
• Excellent coordination skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in preparing accurate reports using MIS software tools.
