Real Estate Accountant

Job Purpose

The Real Estate Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities for the LRB Groups real estate projects. The role will handle purchase bills, expenses, vendor bills, project/site-related vouchers, and other accounting documentation while ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting activities for the Groups real estate projects.
• Record and process purchase bills, vendor bills, expenses, and project-related transactions.
• Verify and maintain site/project-related vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and proper documentation of transactions.
• Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding bills, payments, and account-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records for various real estate sites and projects.
• Support reconciliation and ensure completeness and accuracy of project-related financial records.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 4 – 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in real estate/project accounting will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting processes and GST.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple site/project-related transactions and documentation.
