Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our Real Estate company. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements, cash books, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related accounting work.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and clients whenever required.
• Maintain records related to property/project expenses, purchases, sales, and payments.
• Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all accounting entries.
• Handle accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Real estate/construction industry experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and basic taxation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and financial discipline.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
