Role & responsistrong

experiance in accounts payable/receivable, pay roll and expense tracking

experience in project cost accounting and monitoring construction related expenditures

Preferred candidate profile

Hands on experience with direct and indirect taxation (income tax, gst , property tax,stamp duty,capitalgains).

preparation and filling of tax returns,tds ,and gst compilation reports

monitoring tax implications of propertytransactions(sales,transfer,rentals).

experience in liaising with various statutory departments viz, related to construction industry

knowledge of international taxation(if dealing with foreign investors or NRI clients).

proficiency in accounting software(tally or real estate erp systems)

strong excel skills for financial modeling ,tax caliculations and MIS reporting.

ability to prepare cash flow statements tax shedules and compliance dashboards
