About Position As a Senior UI Engineer, you will be a pivotal force in evolving our client-side architecture. You won't just be shipping features; you will be answering our toughest scaling questions: How do 15 different squads ship to the same web app without stepping on each other’s toes? How do we shave 400ms off our First Contentful Paint? How do we turn our Design System from a Figma file into an unshakeable engineering standard? If you view the browser not as a document viewer, but as a complex compilation target, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

• Architect the Frontend Ecosystem: Drive the design, deployment, and governance of our Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture, ensuring decoupled, safe, and independent deployments across multiple engineering squads.
• Bridge Design & Code: Partner directly with Product Design to build, scale, and version-control our core Design System, ensuring 100% component accessibility (WCAG AA) and reusability.
• Command the Data Layer: Design resilient, highly-cached client-side data fetching strategies using GraphQL.
• Own Client Observability: Treat client errors with the same urgency as backend 500s. You will configure, monitor, and triage frontend health, bundle sizes, and Core Web Vitals using Sentry.
• Lock Down the Client: Act as the frontend security sentinel, enforcing strict Content Security Policies (CSP), mitigating XSS/CSRF vectors, and ensuring our client transport layer adheres to modern web security practices.
• Elevate the Floor: Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct rigorous architectural reviews, and raise our frontend engineering standards.

Expertise You'll Bring

• The Core Stack: 5+ years of production experience building complex, high-traffic web applications with deep, authoritative expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Micro Front-End Experience: Demonstrated experience designing, breaking down, or maintaining Micro Front-End architectures (via Module Federation, single-spa, or custom orchestration).
• Deep Web Fundamentals: You don't just use frameworks; you understand what they compile down to. You possess an expert grasp of Browser Internals (the critical rendering path, the V8 engine, memory leaks, event loops) and the Network Stack (HTTP/2 vs HTTP/3, caching strategies, pre-flight requests).
• Markup & Style Mastery: True proficiency in semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3 (CSS Modules, Tailwind, or modern native CSS features like container queries and subgrid).
• GraphQL Proficiency: Strong practical experience consuming and caching data via GraphQL (using Apollo, Relay, or Urql).
• Production Debugging: Hands-on experience setting up error boundaries, source maps, and user-session replays in Sentry (or equivalent tools like Datadog/LogRocket).
• The "Senior" Mindset: A track record of making pragmatic engineering trade-offs (e.g., knowing when a custom Hook is brilliant, and when it’s just over-engineering).
• Education qualification: BE/Btech pass out.
