About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for two Senior ReactJS Trainers to lead frontend development training covering component architecture, state management, performance optimization, and testing while mentoring junior faculty.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a ReactJS curriculum from intermediate to advanced level (Hooks, state management, TypeScript, testing, performance)
- Conduct project-based training sessions and code reviews
- Teach rendering strategies (CSR/SSR/SSG) and modern build tooling
- Develop assessments and hands-on projects for learners
- Mentor junior ReactJS trainers and review their session content
Requirements
- 3+ years of ReactJS development experience; training/teaching experience preferred
- Strong command of React, TypeScript, state management libraries, and testing tools
- Ability to explain frontend architecture decisions clearly to learners
- Strong presentation and mentoring skills
