React & Node – Full stack Developer

Full Stack Developer with

3-5+ years of experience shipping production features across a modern TypeScript stack — React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS on the backend — who can own features end to end: design, implementation, testing, code review, and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

• • Design, build, and maintain features across the Next.js (React 19, Tailwind CSS) frontend and NestJS + Fastify REST APIs backed by MongoDB Atlas (Mongoose). + Model data, write migrations, and optimize queries for a sharded, multi-tenant MongoDB deployment. + Build and consume event-driven integrations using NATS (pub-sub / JetStream) across microservices. + Write Jest unit/integration tests meeting coverage targets (80%+ overall, 90%+ on critical paths) and support Playwright E2E automation. + Follow established engineering standards: GitFlow-style branching, Conventional Commits, mandatory PR reviews, ESLint/Prettier/Husky pre-commit checks, and SonarQube quality gates. + Instrument code with OpenTelemetry (traces, metrics, logs) and support monitoring via CloudWatch/Grafana. + Apply secure coding practices (OWASP, RBAC, JWT/OAuth 2.0, secrets hygiene) and accessibility standards (WCAG/axe) in UI work. + Collaborate across module boundaries — agreeing API contracts, request/response shapes, and shared types before implementation. + Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and contribute to internal documentation/wiki.

• • Messaging/event-driven systems: NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ. + AWS: ECS/Fargate, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager. + Observability tooling: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Jaeger. + E2E automation with Playwright (Page Object Model); load testing with JMeter. + Multi-tenant SaaS architecture, i18n/localization, and feature-flag driven development. + Exposure to LLM/AI integrations (prompt workflows, guardrails, platforms like Dify) — the platform includes AI-driven features such as requisition authoring and resume screening. + Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (GDPR, SOC2). + pnpm and monorepo/multi-repo workflows; Docker-based local development.
