React Native Developer

Company Description Zenmer is a AI-powered travel platform that brings corporations, travel management companies (TMCs), suppliers, and technology partners together on a single, collaborative ecosystem. Corporations use Zenmer to manage global travel spend with centralized control and real-time visibility across all locations, while working seamlessly with multiple TMCs and suppliers. Zenmer’s proprietary Booking Management System (BMS) standardizes the entire booking lifecycle, independent of specific suppliers or legacy systems. TMCs benefit from an integrated Agent Desktop that surfaces consistent traveler profiles, policies, approvals, reporting, analytics, and supplier content. An Open API platform, built on modern microservices, allows stakeholders to customize, integrate, and extend the solution to create tailored travel experiences and workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Build high-quality mobile features using React Native and TypeScript
• Study existing Android workflows and translate product behaviour into cross-platform solutions
• Implement authentication, session management, navigation, API integrations, secure storage, deep links, notifications, and travel-related workflows
• Create reusable, accessible, and responsive UI components
• Handle loading, empty, offline, timeout, and error states
• Write unit, component, integration, and automated UI tests
• Test and troubleshoot on Android and iOS devices
• Collaborate on architecture, migration planning, code reviews, and release readiness

What we’re looking for:

• Strong professional experience with React Native, React, and TypeScript
• Experience shipping production applications on both Android and iOS
• Solid understanding of mobile navigation, state management, REST APIs, secure credential storage, and platform-specific behaviour
• Experience debugging native Android and iOS build or integration issues
• Familiarity with push notifications, deep links, permissions, file handling, and app lifecycle events
• Strong testing, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to understand an existing native application without mechanically copying its architecture

Nice to have:

• Experience migrating native applications to React Native
• Working knowledge of Kotlin or Java and Swift or Objective-C
• Experience with travel, booking, authentication, or enterprise mobile applications
