About The Role We are seeking an experienced Mobile React Native Developer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating product requirements into robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless experiences that meet the needs of our clients and end-users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in React Native development, a keen eye for performance optimization, and a passion for delivering innovative mobile applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years specializing in React Native development.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering multiple production-grade mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development lifecycle, deployment processes, and app store submission procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness.
• Implement complex features such as authentication, payment integrations, push notifications, deep linking, QR/barcode scanning, and real-time updates.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability, including memory management and offline-first architectures.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional features that provide excellent user experiences.
• Work with native Android and iOS modules when necessary to enhance app capabilities and performance.
• Manage the complete app lifecycle from development to deployment, including updates and maintenance on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Ensure the security of mobile applications by adhering to best practices in secure coding and API integration.
• Participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development to continuously enhance technical skills and project outcomes.
