React Native Developer

We run a live roadside-dispatch platform, think Uber for truck and roadside service. Our React Native customer and driver apps are partway built. We need an experienced React Native developer to take them over, finish every feature, and deliver a stable, installable TestFlight build then maintain them regularly.

Without monitoring, this is a fixed price job that pays in milestones. If you are okay with monitoring, then we will pay hourly.

You've built this before:

• Strong, provable React Native experience, shipped real apps, not tutorials
• You've built a delivery, rideshare, dispatch, or on-demand app: driver location, job accept/decline, push notifications, live status
• You can read an existing codebase and move it forward without breaking it
• You've shipped to both the Apple App Store and Google Play, and handled the native setup on both yourself
• Clear English, daily communication

What you'll do:

• Take a copy of our app repo and get it fully working
• Finish the remaining dispatch features: tech assignment, notifications, live job status, provider onboarding
• Test on real devices, fix what breaks, deliver a stable TestFlight build
• Commit to our Git daily so we see progress

How we work:

We're an AI-first company. You'll have access to our in-house AI build assistants, trained on our platform, that can answer questions about how our system works and help you move faster. Use them or work the way you already do your call. What matters is working, tested code in our repo.

You'll build against an isolated copy of the app and a staging backend. Signed work-for-hire agreement and NDA before access, standard, quick.

To apply, send me four things:

1. One dispatch or delivery app you personally built, and what your part was
2. Your fixed quote to take ours to a working TestFlight build
3. In one line, the trickiest React Native bug you've fixed, and how
4. Confirmation you've shipped to both stores and handled native push notifications on both
