React JS - Tech Lead

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable frontend applications using React.js
• Lead frontend development initiatives and define best practices
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps

Technical Requirements

Must-Have:

• 7+ years of frontend development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Deep understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Context API)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, or styled-components
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Experience with Git-based workflows
