Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled developer proficient in React JS and React Native to build and maintain dynamic web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development experience, a keen eye for UI/UX, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions across platforms. He/she should have a either a very strong knowledge of React or React Native and should have a fair understanding of the other. However, should be open to learning additional skills and experimenting where required. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain responsive web or mobile applications using React JS 2. Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native 3. Work on a day-to-day basis with Agentic AI to leverage spec, skills and agents to do 50% of their work across development, documentation and testing 4. Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences 5. Optimize applications for speed and scalability 6. Have a clear understanding of how to build accessible and secure applications 7. Write clean, maintainable and reusable code following best practices 8. Debug and resolve technical issues across web and mobile platforms 9. Integrate APIs and third-party libraries into applications 10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging patterns and standards

Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science 2. Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a Software UI Engineer in Enterprise or Product companies 2 Technical Skills 1. 2 years developing Micro Front Ends using React and should understand React Hooks and the React Lifecycle 2. 2 years developing React Native applications for mobile use cases with core understanding of JavaScript Bridge (JSI) 3. Experience in designing, programming, and implementing large scale UI systems 4. Experience in building UI polyglot application - server side (SSR) and client (CSR) side systems 5. Knowledge of OpenCode, ClaudeCode or Tabnine 6. Knowledge of how to use Component Libraries to build applications 7. Should understand concepts around caching and how to achieve the same 8. Should have deep understanding of concepts around state management 9. Experience in determining performance baseline of applications in Production 10. Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility AA Standards 11. Experience in integrating front end UI/mobile applications with backend API’s built using GraphQL or REST 12. Hands-on knowledge of React, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0 13. Should have used Redux, Context API or Zustand for managing state 14. Knowledge of Flexbox and CSS Grid based systems 15. Knowledge of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS or LESS 16. Experience with testing frameworks (JEST, Playwright) 17. Experience in using performance tools to measure and baseline performance development lifecycle like SlapperX and Autocannon 18. Have used packaging tools like Webpack or Babel 19. Understanding of mobile app deployment (App Store, Google Play Store) 20. Detailed understanding of code versioning tools, such as Github 21.
