About the Role

We are looking for a React.js Developer with 1-3 years of professional or strong practical experience.

The candidate should be comfortable building frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript, consuming APIs, managing application state, creating responsive interfaces, debugging issues, and working with Git.

You should be able to take a UI design or requirement and convert it into a clean, responsive, reusable, and functional React application.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to work on production-level web applications and improve their frontend engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

React.js Development

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.
• Create reusable and maintainable React components.
• Convert UI designs and business requirements into functional interfaces.
• Build pages, forms, dashboards, tables, modals, filters, search interfaces, and other application components.
• Manage component state and application state effectively.
• Implement proper component lifecycle and rendering practices.
• Improve application performance and loading speed.
• Write clean and readable JavaScript/TypeScript code.

API Integration

• Integrate REST APIs with React applications.
• Handle GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE requests.
• Work with authentication APIs and token-based authentication.
• Handle API loading, success, empty, and error states.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.
• Understand JSON data structures and API responses.
• Work with backend developers to resolve API and data-flow issues.

UI Development

• Build responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
• Follow existing design systems and component standards.
• Maintain consistent spacing, typography, colors, forms, buttons, tables, and other UI elements.
• Ensure good usability and accessibility.
• Convert Figma or other design files into functional frontend interfaces.

State Management

You should understand at least one modern state-management approach, such as:

• Redux / Redux Toolkit
• React Context API
• Zustand

You should understand when local component state is sufficient and when application-level state management is required.

Debugging & Maintenance

• Identify and fix frontend bugs.
• Debug JavaScript and React errors.
• Troubleshoot API integration problems.
• Fix responsive design issues.
• Resolve browser compatibility problems.
• Investigate performance issues.
• Maintain and improve existing React applications.

Collaboration

• Work with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Understand technical requirements before implementation.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Communicate development issues clearly.
• Provide realistic estimates for development tasks.
• Follow project coding standards and development processes.
