Role Description

• Ethelius is looking for a React.js Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team on a fully remote, full-time basis.
• The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new features, optimizing existing components, integrating APIs, collaborating with designers and backend developers, and ensuring high performance and reliability of frontend applications.
• This is a 1-year contract role with the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with the development team on real-world projects.
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in React.js development.
• Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience building modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Experience with Redux.js or other state management libraries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Familiarity with npm, Yarn, Webpack, or similar development tools.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience working on production-grade web applications is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
