Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node
• js for backend services
• Define technical architecture design patterns and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans
• Build and review reusable UI components state management approaches and frontend performance optimizations
• Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability security and performance
• Conduct code reviews enforce quality gates and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements
• Mentor and guide team members supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and communicate progress risks and technical decisions clearly

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• 9 years of overall experience in software development with strong hands on expertise in ReactJS and Node
• js
• Proven experience delivering production grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals including component based UI development and API design
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders

• Experience leading technical teams owning modules end to end and driving delivery across multiple workstreams
