Service Line Digital Experience
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node.js for backend services.
- Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Build and review reusable UI components, state management approaches, and frontend performance optimizations.
- Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability, security, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members, supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading technical teams, owning modules end-to-end, and driving delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of modern React patterns (hooks, component design, performance tuning) and scalable Node.js service development.
- Experience with system design, integration strategies, and designing APIs for extensibility and maintainability.
- Demonstrated ability to influence best practices through documentation, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Experience collaborating with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions with clear acceptance criteria.
- Good to have skills:Express.js, RESTful API design, Microservices, TypeScript, CI/CD
Minimum Qualifications:
- 9+ years of overall experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and Node.js.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals, including component-based UI development and API design.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
