React Full Stack

Key asks for the role:

• Looking for a Hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• 4+ years of strong expertise in Angular is preferred, with React.js experience expected. Candidates with deep expertise in one framework and working knowledge of the other can be considered if they demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt.
• Node.js is preferred for backend development; candidates with strong backend development experience and exposure to Node.js can also be evaluated.
• Strong experience in designing and developing Microservices and Distributed Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, application performance tuning, and scalable system design.
• Experience working with Docker, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to independently own development tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring junior developers, participating in code reviews, and following engineering best practices.
• Experience owning design, development, debugging, deployment, and production support for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with end-to-end feature ownership.
