React / Full Stack Lead Developer

Role Overview
Lead a development team building React-based full stack applications on Azure, while staying hands-on in code.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of React full stack applications from technical design through production release.
• Review code, mentor developers, and plan and estimate sprint work.
• Build REST APIs and backend services on PostgreSQL (transactional data) and ClickHouse (analytics).
• Deploy and run applications on Azure with Kubernetes, and own CI/CD, performance, and security.
• Integrate AI/ML features and act as the team's technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Must Have Skills

• 36 years of full stack development, including hands-on experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong React and JavaScript / TypeScript in production applications.
• REST API development with PostgreSQL, plus working knowledge of ClickHouse.
• Kubernetes and Docker deployments on Microsoft Azure.
• AI/ML integration experience and clear verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have

• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Helm
• Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code
• Redis, Kafka, or Azure Event Hubs
• Generative AI / LLM feature development
• AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
