React Developer

We are seeking a React Frontend Developer with 4 to 6 years of professional experience on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for building responsive, high-performance, and visually polished web interfaces using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable frontend solutions, enhance user experience, and maintain code quality across the application lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong frontend engineering expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in an office-based environment while contributing to fast-paced product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Frontend Development And Ui Implementation

• Design and develop interactive, reusable, and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Convert wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications into clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and consistent user experience across devices and screen sizes.
• Optimize frontend performance through efficient rendering, component structuring, and code-level improvements.

Collaboration And Requirement Translation

• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end frontend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in requirement discussions to clarify technical feasibility, estimate effort, and identify implementation risks.
• Contribute to agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support integration efforts by ensuring seamless communication between frontend components and backend services.

Code Quality And Technical Excellence

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that follows established development standards and best practices.
• Perform thorough debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve UI defects, functional issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Review code changes carefully to maintain consistency, reduce technical debt, and improve overall software quality.
• Implement frontend enhancements with a strong focus on maintainability, scalability, and reusability.

Data Handling And Integration Support

• Work with SQL and NoSQL data sources to support frontend data consumption and application functionality where required.
• Collaborate on API integration to ensure accurate data flow, robust error handling, and seamless user interactions.
• Validate data-driven UI states such as loading, error, empty, and success conditions for a reliable user experience.

Version Control And Delivery

• Use Git effectively for version control, branching, merging, and collaborative development workflows.
• Track development progress and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Maintain release readiness by ensuring features are tested, stable, and aligned with deployment standards.
