Role Description This is a full-time, on-site React Developer role based in the Pune Division. The React Developer will build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and related front-end technologies, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and backend developers, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues across browsers and devices. The role also involves participating in code reviews, following best practices, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux.js and related React ecosystem libraries.
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts and RESTful API integration.
• Solid foundation in Software Development principles, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and meet project deadlines on-site.
• Experience with testing frameworks, build tools, and performance optimization is an advantage.
