React Developer

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Full Stack Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high‑performance web applications using

React.js , The ideal candidate will be strong in both frontend and backend development, possess excellent problem‑solving abilities, and be capable of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Exposure to

Azure cloud services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive UI applications using React.js, Hooks, and Redux/Redux Toolkit.
• Design and implement application architecture, reusable components, and scalable modules.
• Collaborate with UX designers and backend/DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Optimize performance of both frontend and backend for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, API documentation, and development standards.
• Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

Required Technical Skills Frontend

• Strong expertise in React.js, Functional Components, Hooks.
• Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Solid understanding of component design patterns and reusable architecture.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive UI development.
• Familiar with React performance optimization techniques and best practices.

Backend

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Web API (RESTful services).
• Experience working with .NET 6/7/8.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and API security (JWT/OAuth).
• Experience with SQL Server and ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.

General Technical Skills

• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance profiling skills.
• Strong experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
