React Developer

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and enhancing enterprise-scale web applications. The expectation is not limited to feature development; the engineer will actively contribute to technical discussions, code quality initiatives, testing strategies, performance optimisation, and AI-assisted development practices.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex frontend challenges, takes ownership of deliverables, and can independently drive development work within an agile product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable React-based applications.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components.
• Participate in story grooming, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, backend teams, UX designers, and product stakeholders.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Identify and proactively communicate technical risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Optimise application performance and user experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
• Utilise AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
