React AI Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications using React.js.
• Build AI-powered user interfaces and integrate Generative AI capabilities.
• Integrate OpenAI/Azure OpenAI and other AI services into applications.
• Develop reusable React components and front-end architectures.
• Consume and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with backend teams to integrate AI models and business applications.
• Implement Prompt Engineering and AI-based workflows.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 to 9 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing responsive web applications.
• Knowledge of AI/Generative AI concepts and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integration.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
