RCU Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality control plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform sampling and testing of materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in real estate construction or related field.
• Strong understanding of RUCU (Real Estate Construction Upgradation) processes and procedures.
• Ability to conduct thorough site inspections, take samples, and perform basic tests as needed.
