Rcm Operations Manager / Asst Manager Medical Billing

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Day Operation Manager and manage end-to-end Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations

Roles & Responsibilities : -

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management delivery for a US healthcare provider, overseeing Day billing, collections, denials management, and client satisfaction.

• Ensure consistent achievement of SLA targets (days in AR, clean claim rate, denial rate, cash collection goals).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Partner with client leadership to align on strategic priorities, report performance metrics, and recommend enhancements.

Must have skill set: -

14+ years of total healthcare industry experience, with progressive leadership roles in provider revenue cycle functions

• Data-driven leader, comfortable with KPI dashboards, root-cause analysis, and reporting.
• Strong experience in managing large delivery spans (100-200+ FTEs) operations.
