About this role

Description

We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead our US healthcare billing operations near Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management. He/she will be responsible for overseeing AR calling team, AR analayst, Payment posting and charge entry, billing process, ensuring compliance, and optimizing revenue collections.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end process revenue cycle management (RCM) process for healthcare billing in the US market.
Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
Manage and mentor a team of billing specialists to enhance performance and productivity.
Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and payers to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
Implement best practices in revenue cycle operations to optimize cash flow and minimize denials.

Skills and Qualifications

9-15 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing in the US healthcare.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards.
Proficient in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

Salary: 9-10.5 lacs p.a. Will be matched according to previous salary and experience

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Should be willing to work in 4 pm to 1 am shift timing. Sat and Sun fixed off.
