RCM Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain healthcare data pipelines using Python.
• Work extensively with FHIR and HL7 healthcare data standards and integrations.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, validate, and process healthcare data.
• Build and manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.
• Work with healthcare datasets such as patient, encounter, observation, medication, diagnostic, and clinical data.
• Develop data transformation and normalisation processes for structured and semi-structured healthcare data.
• Implement data quality checks, validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Work with APIs and healthcare systems to ingest and exchange FHIR/HL7 data.
• Optimise data pipelines for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and healthcare domain teams to understand data requirements.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in Data Engineering / Healthcare Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards.
• Experience working with healthcare/clinical datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and data pipeline development.
• Experience with REST APIs and healthcare data integrations.
• Good understanding of data modelling, data transformation, and data quality.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
