RCM AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
• Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient records, insurance policies, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to resolve complex billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-2 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including medical billing and revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
