RCM AR Caller

We are hiring enthusiastic AR Callers with 1 to 3 year of experience to join our healthcare billing team. The role involves calling insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending medical claims and ensure timely payment.

Responsibilities:

• Call insurance companies to check the status of submitted medical claims.
• Follow up on denied or unpaid claims.
• Document actions and information accurately in the system.
• Understand insurance terminology and resolve basic claim issues.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance (training will be provided).
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• 0-1 year of experience in AR calling or medical billing.
• Quick learner with attention to detail.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B. Sc., B. Com., BBA, BCA, etc. )
