Role Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, IEP-aligned instruction to students with learning differences within CBSE curriculum frameworks.
• Collaborate with mainstream teachers to co-plan and adapt lesson materials for inclusive classrooms.
• Conduct regular progress assessments and maintain detailed student records for parent-teacher reviews.
• Facilitate parent engagement sessions to align home and school strategies for student success.
• Support school-wide initiatives to foster inclusive culture, including staff training and resource development.
• Work onsite daily at a CBSE school located in Devanahalli, near Kempegowda International Airport.

Skills Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Special Education Certification (D.Ed, B.Ed Special Ed, or equivalent)
• CBSE curriculum experience with inclusive classroom delivery
• IEP development implementation
• Classroom behavior management techniques
• Student progress documentation reporting
• Parent communication collaboration
• On-site availability in Devanahalli area
• Proficiency in English local language communication
• Preferred
• Experience with dyslexia, ADHD, or autism support strategies
• Training in structured teaching or multisensory approaches
