RB-LS: Program & Product Head - Corporate Salary

• Deliver top-line business targets for Corporate Salary through multiple channels.
• Scale acquisition of new corporates and customers via B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Drive ETB growth through cross-sell, product penetration, and improved SLC.
• Curate customized offers for corporates in collaboration with third-party partners.
• Ensure synergy cadence across mapped channels and adherence to compliance norms.
• Launch new products and programs upgrade features based on competition benchmarking.
• Deepen engagement through digital channels and e2e digital onboarding journeys.
• Increase cross-sell/upsell opportunities within NTB base.
• Implement controls to improve sourcing quality and customer experience.
• Conduct product and refresher trainings for frontline teams.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams
• Ensure closure of audit, risk, and regulatory observations.
• Track business performance, identify gaps, and drive actionable insights.

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA - Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute.
• 15+ years of experience in BFSI / consumer products with exposure to program and product management.
