RB - Cards: Alliance Manager

About the Role
The Alliance Manager is responsible for endtoend management and delivery of assigned strategic alliance partnerships for the Credit Cards business. The role focuses on driving acquisition, activation, and engagement through partners, ensuring seamless execution, maintaining sourcing quality and compliance, and contributing to the growth of allianceled business.

Key Responsibilities
. Manage daytoday relationships with assigned alliance partners (fintechs, platforms, ecosystem partners, institutions, etc.).
. Act as the primary SPOC for partners on business delivery, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
. Drive partner engagement through joint reviews, action plans, and continuous collaboration.
. Drive achievement of assigned alliance targets across credit card acquisition, activation, and engagement.
. Ensure smooth execution of alliance customer journeys from lead generation to card issuance and activation
. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks and improve turnaround time.
. Support rollout of partnerspecific campaigns, offers, and propositions.
. Identify opportunities to expand scope with partners through new use cases or segments.
. Provide groundlevel insights on customer behaviour and partner effectiveness.
. Escalate partner or process issues to the Strategic Alliance Lead with clear data and impact assessment.
. Support onboarding and implementation of new alliances as required.
. Ensure allianceled sourcing adheres to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and datasharing requirements.
. Monitor trends on rejections, rework, early quality issues, and customer complaints.
. Track and maintain MIS for assigned alliances covering applications, approvals, activations, quality, and TAT.
. Prepare inputs for periodic partner reviews and internal governance forums.
. Use data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. Graduation/ Post - Graduation

Role Proficiencies:
. 4-10 years of experience in Credit Cards / Strategic Alliances / Partner Management / Digital or Platformled Businesses.
. Strong exposure to crossfunctional coordination and external partner handling.
. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
. Strong execution and problemsolving orientation.
