Designation: Deputy Manager Global RRT (Rapid Response Team) Electrical Support.

Position description: S pecialize in ensuring contineous support to the ctical escallated cases and lead for troubleshooting, repair support during catastrophic failures. Resposible for end to end solution support with coordination witin CFT.
Primary Responsibilities: Power Systems expertise: Deep expertise in high/medium/lowvoltage power and control panels, switchgears, transformers, UPS systems, andprotection relays.
Rapid Diagnostics Troubleshooting: Exceptional abilityto remotely diagnose complex electrical faults under high-pressure,time-sensitive constraints.
Automation Control Systems: Strong understanding ofSCADA, PLC programming, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus,Profibus).
Operational Competencies
Incident Crisis Management: Proven ability to coordinateand lead emergency responses, resource allocation, and technical escalationpaths during critical failures.
Global Stakeholder Management: Skill in managingcross-functional, multicultural teams and handling communication withhigh-profile global clients.
SLA KPI monitoring: Experience driving operationalmetrics such as Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), First Time Fix Rate, and systemavailability targets.
Continuous Improvement: Competency in executing Root CauseAnalysis (RCA) and translating failure data into preventive maintenancestrategies.
Additional Responsibilities: Decision-Making Under Pressure: Ability to make firm, safety-conscious, and technical decisions rapidly when system downtime costs are high.
Communication: Excellent command of English (and ideally secondary languages) with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
