Radiology Customer Service Representative - Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking radiology services.Answer inquiries, provide information and guide customers through the scheduling and preparation process for radiology tests.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist customers with scheduling and rescheduling radiology appointments. Confirm appointments and follow up with customers and radiology centres to ensure seamless service.
• Documentation & Records Management:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and properly stored.
• Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues professionally. Ensure a positive customer experience and work towards resolving any conflicts.
• Effective Communication: Provide customers with clear instructions on test preparation. Address queries related to appointments and radiology procedures.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: Preferred background in healthcare, radiology, or customer service.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Experience in radiology or medical imaging services is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and healthcare professionals.
• Customer Handling: Ability to manage difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and software for managing appointments and records. Basic knowledge of medical terminology related to radiology is a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
