The CRDN annotation project is a collaborative effort between XXXXXXX and Centaur Labs to annotate a dataset of XXX angiograms and corresponding CT scans. The primary goal is to support AI model development for coronary and renal denervation procedures by generating high-quality, frame-aligned annotations across modalities.
Responsibilities
- Expert-led annotation of coronary and renal arteries
- Cross-modality alignment between CT and angiogram images
- Protocol-driven segmentation using internal standards and gold guidelines
Requirements
- 2-3 Radiologists
- 225 total hours
- Estimated 75-115 hours per radiologist
- Start beginning of December; deliver by January 15th
- English speakers
- Flexible Time-zone: Project Management will be done by Project Managers in either US and South-East Asia
- Tool: 3D Slicer
- This is a project that we have already been engaged on for several months, but we need some additional radiologists for bandwidth purposes. This is a very complex task, which means we are looking for top-performing radiologists with solid experience in complex/in-depth labeling work and preferably with 3D Slicer.

- Labeling Targets: Coronary arteries; Renal arteries; Calcium deposits (if visible)
