Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: UK Shift (Shift starts between 12:00 PM 1:00 PM IST)

Mandatory Criteria

• Candidates must have relevant experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
• Must be comfortable working in UK shifts.
• Should be an immediate joiner.
• Candidate's residence should be within 25 km of Wipro, Sholinganallur, Chennai.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end R2R activities, including General Ledger (GL) accounting.
• Manage Journal Entries, Accruals, and Prepayments.
• Conduct Balance Sheet Reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Support Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Closing activities.
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
• Fixed Assets accounting and depreciation processing.
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements and support transition activities where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and process guidelines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in R2R/General Accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Reconciliations, Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience working on SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, or other ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
