CTC - up to 15LPA

Qualified CA with 2+ years of relevant experience in Indian GAAP, Ind AS. 

• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end General Ledger accounting, monthly and annual close, journals, accruals, provisions and reclassifications
• Experience in SAP and balance sheet reconciliations (Blackline experience is a plus)
• Payroll accounting and payroll operations coordination, including validation of payroll inputs and registers, and payroll-related reconciliations
• Working experience of TDS, GST and payroll statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF)
• Experience supporting statutory, internal, tax and Group audits
• Variance analysis, management reporting and exposure to weekly cash flow and vendor payment reviews
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage stakeholders across AP, HR, payroll vendors and business finance teams

Preferred Background:

• Service industry experience, preferably ITES, Media, Entertainment or E-commerce
• Big 4 audit firm or MNC experience is an added advantage
