R2R Finance Payroll Accounting | CA

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead Payroll Accounting, Statutory Compliance, Audits, and Payroll Governance within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll accounting, timely financial reporting, and full compliance with Indian payroll and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Drive payroll-related month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead internal, external, and statutory payroll audits.
• Manage regulatory filings, assessments, inspections, and notices.
• Evaluate the impact of new labor codes and implement necessary process changes.
• Strengthen payroll controls, governance, and process efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, and Finance stakeholders.

Qualifications
